Humarian Research Lab LLC (Humarian) manufactures and distributes a line of health care products with a special interest and focus on gastro-intestinal symptoms and maladies affected by a natural product approach. Humarian has transformed the effectiveness, delivery, and scientific proofing of probiotics in the health marketplace. After retaining the lifetime rights to an advanced probiotic acidic storage and protective system, Humarian was able to prove its effectiveness and advances on human gut health through scientific testing with the Netherlands Treskelia Organization. Because of Humarian’s world-wide ownership of this proprietary formula, our products stand alone in performance and enhancement of human health. No other company or affiliate can produce a product using our acid-based delivery system.


Humarian Research Lab LLC, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to discontinue doing business with any reseller that advertises any Humarian product (s) covered by this MAP policy, at a price lower than the MAP. The Minimum Advertised Price for any Humarian Research Lab product shall be no less than the current Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). This Minimum Advertised Price is established by Humarian Research Lab and may be adjusted by Humarian at such time and in such amounts as it may determine at its sole discretion.


a. The MAP policy applies to all advertisements of MAP products in any and all media, including but not limited to flyers, posters, coupons, mailers, inserts, newspapers, magazines, catalogs, television, radio, public signage, internet sites, social media sites, or any electronic media.

b. The MAP policy does not apply to solely on-premise or in-store advertising that is not distributed to customers.

c. Website features which are pre-formatted e-mail responses, forms, automatic price display for an item prior to being place in the customer’s care are considered part of the MAP policy.

d. Humarian allows no “add to cart pricing or repricing”.

e. It shall not be a violation of this MAP policy to advertise that the customer may “call for price” or “email for price” or similar language. Exceptions of this policy may be made in a case by case basis, such as a seasonal sale of a specific duration.

f. The MAP policy also applies to any activity which Humarian determines, in its sole discretion, is intended to circumvent the intended MAP policy.

g. Group repurchases as justification to sell below MAP policy is strictly forbidden, unless reviewed and approved by Humarian.

h. From time to time, Humarian may permit resellers to advertise MAP products at prices lower than the MAP retail price, however this change cannot be made directly to the MSRP pricing. Any such approved reduction will be assigned limited time application.


a. Bundling or advertising Humarian products for sale together with other products will violate the MAP Policy when:

i. The effective or stated price of the bundle represents a discount of greater than 15% of the MAP

ii. When the price discount is displayed as the original price

iii. When a Humarian product is bundled with a matching product within the same category of health benefits as the Humarian product. Example: when a Humarian probiotic is bundled with another probiotic product

iv. The effect or stated discount is greater than the 15% of the highest priced item in the bundle

b. Gift cards, coupons, points, or other incentives which are contingent on the purchase of MAP Product will violate this MAP Policy when:

i. The effective or stated price of the bundle represents an immediate discount of greater than 15%

ii. The effective or stated price of the bundle represents a discount of greater than 15% of the MAP after taking into consideration any contingent future purchase


a. If a dealer with multiple store locations or online presence violates this MAP Policy any location or venue or associated website, then Humarian will consider this to a be a violation

b. Humarian reserves the right to cancel any pending orders, restrict future orders, or suspend the purchasers/dealers account if Humarian reasonably believes:

i. A purchaser/dealer has violated the provisions of this policy

ii. A purchaser/dealer intends to violate the policy

c. Humarian’s MAP Policy Administrator is solely responsible for determining whether a violation of the MAP Policy has occurred, as well as determining appropriate sanctions

d. The MAP Policy will be enforced by Humarian in its sole discretion. Dealers, distributors, and resellers have no right to enforce the MAP Policy. Violations of this policy may result in any of the sanctions up to and including termination of our business relationship, as well as any available remedies at law.
